Children’s Privacy
Yasa Pets apps do not actively collect any information from children. All apps are COPPA and GDPR compliant. Technical information which does not specifically identify a user but supports the operation of the app may be collected.

We have partnered with the networks below to provide contextual ads in the Yasa Pets apps. These networks are all members of the Google Play certified ad network program and refrain from tracking users or serving behavioural ads.

We do not collect any personally identifiable information that identifies a user as an individual. Yasa Ltd. may collect non personal data which doesn’t directly identify an individual or which may have been personal information but has had the personally identifiable information removed. Yasa Ltd. may collect non personal information about the use of the website and apps to help us improve our services.
How Do We Collect and process your information?
We understand the importance of our users’ personal information, and more importantly the information pertaining to children under 13 years of age. We do not collect or require users to enter their personal information when using our Products. We do not collect any personal information from children with our apps.

Why Are Children So Special?
Your children are special and important. The law provides them with greater protections than adults, which includes their right not to have their personal data used for marketing purposes, and that they may delete this data at any time. How Do We Collect Information?
We collect information when a user plays the game or makes an IAP purchase. All this information is collected and stored on our Unity Analytics database.

As you can see, we only collect non-personal data for internal use only or in conjunction with third parties to help us operate, analyse, and improve our apps and services. In addition, we may disclose your non-personal information to additional parties if we believe we are required to by law, by a judicial proceeding, to protect Yasa Ltd.’s rights and properties, or to investigate fraud, intellectual property, infringement, and any other conduct that might be illegal or expose Yasa Ltd. or a user of its services to legal liability. In addition, Yasa Ltd. may disclose information collected from a parent in the event of a change or proposed change in the ownership of the company; for example, a sale, a merger, or bankruptcy.

The measures and safeguards include limiting access to the data to those persons who need it to complete their work for Yasa Ltd. and storing non-personal information in secure operating environments. Data Retention
User data is retained as long as it is necessary to provide the service. Data is deleted from our records when it is no longer needed within a reasonable timeframe.
